White-fin Lionfish

(Pterois radiata)

White-fin Lionfish is smaller in size than the popular Scorpion Lionfish, which makes it a little more suitable for heavily populated aquariums. It has large red bars across it's back seperated by thin white lines, these white lines also extend to the tips of the fins. The white rays of the dorsal and pectoral fins are very elongated and give this fish a very graceful appearance in the aquarium.
